NEW COMMITTEE OVERSEEING CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS

A new Clubhouse Committee and new procedures for clubhouse rental are now in place. If a StarCreek resident is interested in renting the clubhouse, please follow these simple steps:
• Click on the "Contact Us" link in the navigation pane to the left. Send an e-mail to “Clubhouse Committee” requesting the date of interest for occupying the clubhouse. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.
• Someone from the committee will contact the potential renter to let him or her know where to direct the Facilities Use Agreement, deposit, and user fee. Once this has been accepted, the date requested will be updated on the website Calendar.
• An e-mail can also be sent to Jennifer Mesquita if you do not receive a reply within 48 hours.
Once a clubhouse reservation has been made, someone from the committee will hand the clubhouse key to the renter and also go through a checklist sign-off. After the event is finished, the renter and clubhouse committee member will go through the check-out procedures at a mutually agreeable time. If the facility is clean, and nothing is broken or missing per the checklist, the full $500 deposit will be refunded.
