PLAT FOR RETAIL CENTER CONSIDERED ON TUESDAY

The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. to consider th preliminary plat for the retail development at the northeast corner of Stacy and Watters that adjoins StarCreek. The plat shows four total lots for retail, restaurant and office use. There are three access points shown -- one off of Watters Road and two access points off of Stacy Road. The plat also shows wall maintenance, landscape, hike and bike, fire lane, access and utility easements for the development of this site. The plat has been reviewed and meets the requirements of the Allen Land Development Code. City staff are recommending approval of the plat. You can view the plat here.
